Abstract
In this study we analyze three variables: emotional intelligence, family satisfaction and organizational climate. We consider several analysis of these variables, so it was designed a quantitative and predictive research. The sample was conformed by 77 workers from a public institution at Arequipa. Moreover, we applied the following instruments: Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire for Workers, Wilson y Olson Family Satisfaction Scale, and Likert Organizational Profile. The results indicate that organizational climate register low levels, specially in the dimensions of Clarity and Reward, while workers have moderate levels of emotional intelligence, so as in family satisfaction. We found statistical relations between family satisfaction and organizational climate, and in predictive level, though regression analysis, family satisfaction predicted positively the organizational climate, although the emotional intelligence does not have effect in organizational climate, and it was not correlated with this variable. We conclude that family satisfaction has effect in organizational climate in workers who were tested.
