Abstract
The present review seeks to explore the impact of the various factors of the environment in relation to changes in economic, social, cultural and technological developments, on the quality and standard of living, as well as on the styles of life which includes consumer habits; focusing on the population of Latin American countries, especially those that make up the Pacific. Alliance: Colombia Chile, Mexico and Peru. Likewise, it seeks to answer questions related to the variables mentioned and their impact not only material, but also, moral and spiritual. Finally, we proposed some alternatives that can help to manage adequately the changes, in favor of the human being, who is at the same time, cause and effect of the same.
