Abstract
This study shows an analysis of the employment situation of people with disabilities in the city of Arequipa. For this, we surveyed 223 people with physical disabilities through an ad hoc instrument specially built for the purposes of this study. The results indicate that a high percentage of people with physical disabilities in Arequipa have less than the minimum vital wage, do not have health insurance or welfare benefits, while unemployment rates are high. Starting from these data, an inclusive strategic plan through specialized techniques such as FODA, competitive profile matrix and Balanced Scorecard has been developed.
