Abstract

In this research we analyze relationships between stress and entrepreneur capability in a sample of workers from private enterprises in Arequipa. To this end, we assessed a non-probabilistic sample of 70 people (45.7% female and 54.3% male), with the Social Readjustment Scale, the Business Coefficient Scale, and a socio-demographic profile that includes working conditions data and Covid-19 contagion risk. The results show that there is no relationship between stress and entrepreneur capability, nor with working conditions or risk factors.
