Abstract
This paper presents the need for friendship education in the context of the inherent selfishness in the faculties related to economic sciences. In addition, we present the difficulties of teaching friendship, especially the need for systematicity and operability, typical of the practical sciences. The philosophical approach of friendship in Aristotle is presented as an explicit assumption to develop certain criteria, to systematize and operationalize friendship, following the theory of human action of Juan Antonio Pérez López. It is concluded by giving as basic criteria for the genesis, development and maintenance of friendship the consistent evaluation of action plans and the use of rational motivation by transcendent motives. The use of the case method is suggested for teaching and application of consistent plans and the development of rationality.
