Abstract

Keeping a magazine current in our days is a titanic and highly praiseworthy task. Increasing it number by number means that there is an idea, creativity, vocation, team and representativeness of an institution, group or people willing to clarify realities, plant ideas and help place them in what is necessary to know in accordance with the scientific and technical requirements of the new and fast times we live in. All this is even more sobering if the magazine comes from a region, given the tremendous centralism that affects the cultural and social life of Peru.
