Abstract

The work for the promotion of development brings together in an unavoidable encounter human beings who come from different strata of Peruvian society, to involve them in the common task of seeking solutions to the material and spiritual misery of our Peru. The search for solutions implies dialogue, identification of needs, formulation of alternatives, transfer of knowledge and technology, evaluation of results. All these aspects require adequate communication. But there is no communication when there are cultural barriers between the promoters of development and the benefits of this effort.
