Abstract
It was evaluated organizational culture in four financial firms from Arequipa city by using Cameron & Quinn Organizational Culture Assesment Instrument (α= 0.793), considering two levels of response: one real and other ideal. The sample was conformed by 100 employees from four financial firms. The results point to an Organizational culture orientated to market as the dominant type among the four firms. Although we observed differences between real and ideal conditions of organizational culture.
