Resumen
El locus de control es un aspecto basado en la teoría del aprendizaje social de Julian B. Rotter, que describe la capacidad para atribuir las causas de las acciones y resultados a agentes externos (destino, suerte, azar) o internos (capacidad, potencial, talento). Este trabajo comprende una revisión sistemática sobre las investigaciones realizadas del locus de control en personal militar de diversas instituciones de fuerzas armadas internacionales, así como la asociación o papel que esta variable ejerció con otras variables (inteligencia emocional, autoeficacia, salud dental, otras). La búsqueda comprendió las bases de datos de Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic, World Wide Science y otras, encontrándose veinte artículos con respecto al tipo de locus de control presentado por personal militar en instituciones internacionales.
