Abstract

As is already known, Fe y Alegría is a comprehensive, formal and non-formal popular education movement, whose purpose is to found, organize and administer educational works, locating its services in the most depressed, abandoned and difficult to access areas, that is to say , in the human settlements of the big cities, and the rural areas of the coast, mountains and jungle. Fe y Alegría, through education, tries to promote the organization of the popular sectors, enter the productive sector by integrating itself into society and improving the standard of living of students, former students and their families in a society that does not it does not offer many possibilities of access to the university nor does it give them job opportunities.
