Abstract

In our payments it is said that starting a new magazine is easy. The merit begins when you get the number two. The heroism lies in reaching 20 years of regular publication. This is the case of Allpanchis, "Our land". In these pages I will give my personal impressions of a magazine whose Andean approach and theme overflows those fictitious state borders that today divide the Andean world. They also want to be a tribute to a magazine that I have always kept close, well within reach, and to those who made it and continue to make it possible.
