Abstract

This article is a systematization of the implementation strategies carried out in the Learning Communities project in the year 2019. The project began its implementation in 2015. The main objective of the project is to insert dialogic practices into classrooms in Peru. For this purpose, the strategies for the implementation have been used theories of the School Effectiveness and School Improvement research, as well as approaches and strategies of research on social movements. In addition, the deep learning approach is also introduced to strengthen the work of the schools in the network. In order to carry it out, interviews have been carried out with the team of implementers and managers who are part of the project's school network. It is concluded that the systemic coherence framework is a useful tool to mobilize schools to better results and that deep learning is a guiding framework for school improvement actions.
